Butter tablet is the Scottish version of fudge. Traditionally made with sugar, butter and condensed milk, it has a distinctive texture and flavour all of it's own. Ross's of Edinburgh, to supply their authentic Scottish tablet for this bar. They have been making Scottish sweeties for over 130 years, and their tablet is delicious creamy with a lovely buttery flavour. Gold chocolate is white chocolate that's been made with caramelised sugar and caramelised milk, and has rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a dash of salt.
