Delivery and Shipping

  • Our jewellery is made to order. By making each piece to order we only ever produce what we need prioritising our slow fashion and sustainability goals.

    We hold a small amount of stock of high-selling items which will be available to dispatch straight away, some items may take longer (up to three weeks) to complete.

    All rings, and all gold items are made to order and will take up to 3 weeks for dispatch due to hallmarking regulations and assay turn around times.

  • All items will be dispatched as soon as possible however some orders may take up to three weeks before being dispatched. Due to hallmarking regulations and production time lines. If you require an item urgently please get in touch to see what we can do for you.

    Delivery time varies depending on the design. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 7 working days within the UK, but some items may take up to two weeks.

    Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks if the item has been made to order, we will inform you if that is the case.

  • You have the option of choosing first class recorded delivery (£4) or special delivery (£7.50).

    We can only recommend special delivery as this is the only form of postage available through Royal Mail that supports the shipping of jewellery. This means your order is insured and should it go missing in the post you will be covered. By choosing first class your order is uninsured and we cannot be held liable for it going missing in transit.

    For international orders we will dispatch via Royal Mails air service (£10), for higher value items (£2500 or above) a courier service will be used.

    First class recorded delivery is expected to arrive 48 hours following dispatch.

    Special delivery is expected to arrive 24 hours following dispatch.

    We hold no responsibility for timings and delays of the postal service.

    You will receive an email on dispatch of your order.

    We can provide you with a tracking number for your order when it has been dispatched on request.

    It is your responsibility (the customers) to ensure that your delivery address is correct and accurate at the time of shipping. Islewear will not be held responsible for parcels sent out to incorrect or inaccurate addresses.

  • We offer the option to collect your order from our jewellery showroom. Once completed and ready to collect you will receive an email notifying you.
