Our Bespoke Service

We offer a bespoke service that is perfect for those who seek a lasting treasure that is truly unique. We work with our clients on personal meaningful commissions designed to be treasured for a lifetime, including engagement and wedding rings.

We pride ourselves in creating one of a kind bespoke pieces, and will work together with you, to bring your vision to life in our signature island aesthetic.

We also offer a customisation service in which you can tailor pieces from our existing collection to make them individual to you.

Silver Sample Service

Try out our silver sample service where you can borrow and try on silver versions of your choice of rings from the comfort of your own home

This service has a refundable deposit of £90 which when you return your rings within 10 days in pristine condition you will receive a full refund, or if you would like to proceed with the purchase of a gold or platinum ring we will deduct the cost of this service from your order or supply a discount code for you to order online yourself.

Things to consider when commissioning a bespoke project

Pricing

Bespoke pieces are priced according to the complexity of the design, your stone and metal choice. For more information or to get a deeper understanding of metal choices please see our Precious Metals Guide

Budget

If you have budget in mind we will always source the best stone choices possible according to your budget, and advise you on the best metal and stone choices within your brief. We will ask for an idea of your budget, this is so that we source according to your requirements, we will never show you or tempt you with stones that fall out-with this.

Payment

Once we’ve reached our final design we will send you your quote dependant on your choice of metal and stone choice. We require a 50% deposit up-front initially before work begins and the final 50% on completion, your jewellery will then either be available for collection or sent out to you.

Time

From start to finish, customising an existing design usually takes 8-10 weeks, this includes stone sourcing, however if we go down the route of having a more unique stone cut specifically for you, this can be longer. Our full bespoke service process takes up to 12 weeks from start to finish, this takes into account design time, stone sourcing, the full making process and the hallmarking of your piece.

Delivery/Collection

Once your commission is complete, you will be invited back to the studio to collect your commission. If you’re unable to collect the finished piece yourself, we will provide imagery and video via email and then arrange delivery of your jewellery to you.
